First and foremost, 24/7 Destiny Nursing Care is owned and operated by a working RN (Registered Nurse) with over 20 years of professional experience in the ER, ICU and other various hospital settings, and currently is Director of Nursing at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, so you can be sure that decisions and recommendations relating to the care of your loved one come from years of first-hand experience caring for others, not from some office manager or group of investors that might not share your best interests.

At 24/7 Destiny Nursing Care, we are passionate about nursing and caring for your loved ones, and we know that selecting a nursing care agency is challenging for all involved. We employ over 30 certified nursing professionals to provide respectful, compassionate and appropriate care, and we are licensed and bonded. All of our caregivers are licensed, background checked, and CPR certified.

PROCESS

After a brief consultation and assessment of the patient’s needs, 24/7 Destiny Nursing Care can provide a plan of action for short or long-term care, along with associated costs to manage goals and expectations, and depending on the level of care needed, we will recommend a licensed caregiver with the appropriate level of expertise; from Home Health Assistants, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), LVNs (Licensed Vocational Nurse), and RNs (Registered Nurse). We will even try to accommodate requests for male or female caregivers so that your loved one’s personal preferences can be met.
